All orders are prepared and fulfilled directly by the manufacturer. We kindly ask that you allow 2-3 business days after placing your order to be updated with your FedEx tracking information. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Please note some products are subject to longer delivery time frames. Depending on the manufacturer, these orders have a slightly longer delivery time frame. Additionally, if your order contains items from different vendors, they may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages with varying delivery times. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all products over $150.

Products under $150 will be charged a $39.99 shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States , Canada and United Kingdom. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Who do I contact with a package or delivery issue?

What methods of shipping do you use?

Shipping methods depend on the product(s) ordered. Orders are delivered via FedEx or through a freight shipping carrier. Please contact our CS if you have inquiries regarding how your item is shipped.

AHF covers the Threshold service for freight shipments. This means the delivery team will drop your order off at the first "dry area." (inside your front door, garage, etc.). For threshold freight shipments the delivery team will not unpack and inspect your item.

Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS ONLY - White Glove delivery is available as an upgraded service.

If your item is eligible, you will see the option to add the service at check out for $149.99/item. This fee is non-refundable.

What does White Glove Delivery include?

White glove delivery ensures that the delivery team unpacks, inspects, assembles (if required, up to 30 min.), and places your order in the room of your choice. Upon arrival, the room should be cleared of all other furniture.

The delivery team will not move or remove any furniture items that do not pertain to the order.

Can I schedule a delivery?

Unfortunately, you cannot schedule FedEx deliveries on our platform.

If your order is being delivered as a freight shipment, your delivery date will be arranged with the carrier. Once your order is picked up, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date.

I ordered multiple items. Will they ship separately?

We make every attempt to ship your order complete. Should an exception arise, we will reach out to you and make appropriate accommodations.

Please note: If you placed an order with multiple pieces from different brands, you will receive separate shipments from each brand purchased.


Can I pick up my order in–store?

We do not have any physical store locations. We are strictly an online company only.
